If you’re as old as your Commander you may remember the wonderful early days of television and a program hosted by Art Linkletter where he talked with young children. Their responses made television history along with strong ratings during a time when we all lived in a less tense world.

I recently received via email from a friend the following hysterical jewels. Below are a wonderful series of responses from young children that proves our youth have far greater intelligence than we tend to grant them during their formative years.

Absolutely Priceless !!!!!!!!!! Enjoy

A 1st grade school teacher had twenty-six students in her class. She presented each child in her classroom the 1st half of a well-known proverb and asked them to come up with the remainder of the proverb. It's hard to believe these were actually done by first graders. Their insight may surprise you. While reading, keep in mind that these are first-graders, 6-year-olds, because the last one is a classic!

Permit me to suggest that we are never too old to learn from the clear wisdom of an untarnished young mind.
