MORE ON KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE

For some reason I have been receiving copies of a magazine titled Bloomberg Businessweek, and in the November 14th issue there is a very interesting article titled “Keystone XL: Pipe Dreams.” This article directly addresses several pros and cons relative to the approval of the TransCanada pipeline project. While I am a strong proponent for the creation of jobs and tax revenue, this article does present some important additional considerations regarding the TransCanada Keystone project.

I believe the delay and the diversion of the decision to the State Department is strictly political cover for President Obama to postpone a decision until after the November, 2012 General Election. I suggest it is important for all Americans to become well versed on both sides of this debate and this article is a good starting point for that conversation.
