DEMOCRACY IN MIDDLE EAST IS IMPOSSIBLE

Permit your Commander to pat himself on the back, because a recent essay by Professor Walter E. Williams supports the positions that he has been espousing for several months. Please read the recent article written at this link:

While Williams and your Commander agree that democracy is unlikely to take root in the Middle East, he makes his case stronger with his historical supportive references. Collectively we call for getting American troops out of the Middle East and let the neighborhoods and tribes fight among themselves as they have been doing for centuries.

I certainly have not always been correct, but I surely do feel that this time I am on the right side of history and democracy with the support of a gentleman who has a trace record of correctness far greater than mine. Only time and history will prove whose position is correct, but the odds are clearly in favor of Williams and your Commander.
