86% OF CHICAGO ARRESTEES DRUG TEST POSITIVE

Recently your Commander wrote about the negative influence that GANGS have upon local communities. In a mid-June article in the Chicago Sun-Times there was a shocking report regarding the high usage of drugs among those arrested in Chicago.

The inter-connection between drugs, GANGS, crime, prison populations, growing judicial expense, police expenditures, poor graduation rates, and so on are evident. Please take a look at the very disturbing article:

When will the public demand aggressive action by our political leadership to eliminate the evil forces that permit drugs and GANGS to continue to erode the quality of life across this country and the entire world? Newly sworn-in Mayor Rahm Emanuel has another major problem on his hands.
