Why does it take a conservative website to expose the unbelievable waste in 2010 of $4.2 billion dollars in refundable tax credits allowed to be collected by undocumented workers? Where are the checks and balances of the American tax codes and the Internal Revenue Service? Where is the mainstream media outrage?

As the report indicates, Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) plans to examine the refunds, but how can this specific problem be solved until we address the political debate on immigration. Until we can determine an individual’s immigration status without claims of intimidation or offending individuals nothing will be resolved and billions of additional revenue will be wasted.
Every day that passes without addressing the immigration issue represents another day that the immigration problem continues to destroy our country from within. Someday there must be an official elected who has the guts and leadership to address this serious problem objectively, unemotionally and equitably?
